During our New Year’s getaway, we had the pleasure of staying at Human Hotel Residence Ex Esparrus, and it was a delightful experience. The family-run vibe gives the place a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it feel like home while exploring the stunning landscapes of Provence. Our room, though basic, was cosy and comfortable, offering lovely garden views that kept the room refreshingly cool even on a hot day. The continental breakfast was splendid and a perfect fuel before we headed out for hiking and visiting nearby attractions like Sillan's waterfalls. One of the highlights of our stay was sitting down for dinner at their on-site restaurant. We indulged in their regional cuisine, particularly enjoying the seafood options – a must-try! The owners went above and beyond to ensure our needs were catered to, which always makes me feel valued as a traveler. So, if you’re looking for a comfy base to explore the natural beauty and rich history of the area, Human Hotel Residence Ex Esparrus is well worth your consideration!
